To address the varied interests of LNG 17′s unprecedented number of participants, the Program Committee increased the number of sessions by more than 40% and the program now includes topics that have never before been covered in previous LNG conferences.
We received over 400 abstracts from leading industry professionals, which is the largest number ever submitted for this event.
For the first time in the history of the LNGX series several Workshops will begin with the presentation of certain papers leading into group discussions as part of a traditional Workshop.
Posters will be displayed throughout the duration of the conference. During a three-hour exclusive poster session on Thursday 18 April, delegates will have the opportunity to meet the poster authors.
The format will provide an informal forum for delegates and authors to discuss their posters, with topics covering pioneering developments within the entire LNG chain.
ABSTRACTS AND THE SUBMISSION OF FINAL PAPERS
The 44-member LNG 17 Program Committee was solely responsible for the selection of the abstracts. They are representatives of 38 companies and organizations, from 13 countries, and as a Committee have extensive experience in all aspects of LNG. Abstracts were selected during a Committee meeting in June and Authors were notified thereafter. Please note that we are unable to accept any further papers for the conference.
