HOTELS

The LNG 17 Hotel Reservations Department has confirmed preferential rates with 13 Houston downtown hotels, all within walking distance from the Convention Center, the Welcome Reception and the Farewell Party venues.

These rates are applicable to reservations 10^th – 21^st April 2013 included.
Rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and are exclusive to registered delegates.

Request your room by following the registration link step-by-step. No rooms can be booked unless the delegate registration is complete.

Please note: Exhibitors and Sponsors can only make hotel reservations by via the online Exhibitor Information Manual (Exhibitor Registration Form – Sec. 3). The online Exhibitor Information Manual login details will have been sent to you stand coordinator from bmaund@etf.com.au

There is already great interest in accommodation. To avoid disappointment, register for the conference and request your hotel room as soon as possible.

LNG 17 will run free shuttle buses from all hotels (except Hilton Americas and Embassy Suites) to the venue in the morning and back in the afternoon and evening. Details on times will soon be available to view.
