General Event Information
GROUND TRANSPORTATION
Shuttle buses will be provided to and from the official conference hotels and the venues at the start and end of each day from Tuesday 16 to Friday 19 April. Additionally, taxis can be taken from the Hilton Americas which is next door to the George R. Brown Convention Center.
OFFICIAL CONFERENCE LANGUAGE
English is the official language of the conference. Interpretation services for additional languages may be provided for some languages. Please check with the organizers.

CELLULAR PHONES
Attendees will be asked to turn cellular phones off or switch to silent during the conference sessions.
CLOAKROOM
A cloakroom will be available on level 1 of the George R. Brown Convention Center.
DRESS CODE
Business attire is requested for attendance at the conference sessions and exhibition. Smart casual attire is recommended for the Opening Reception and Farewell Party.
ACCESS TO THE CONFERENCE AND EXHIBITION
Participants are required to wear their LNG 17 name badges at all times during all event activities, including conference sessions, exhibition, social functions and tours.
