Phil Ribbeck

President, Repsol Energy North America

Phil Ribbeck is Repsol’s Director of Commercial Services North America Unit in the LNG Division. In that role, he oversees the marketing and trading of LNG and regasified LNG in North America. He is the Chairman of Canaport™ LNG Limited Partnership’s Executive Committee and is President of Repsol’s wholly owned subsidiaries Repsol Energy Canada Ltd. and Repsol Energy North America Corporation, the companies responsible for purchasing LNG and marketing the regasified LNG in North America.

Mr. Ribbeck has worked in the industry for over 29 years. Prior to joining Repsol in 2002, he worked with Amoco, and following the merger, BP, where he helped to develop Atlantic LNG Company of Trinidad and Tobago’s first three production trains.

Mr. Ribbeck is a graduate of Louisiana State University.
