Anders Ekvall

Vice President, LNG Americas, Shell

Anders joined Shell in 1989 as a Research Engineer and has held various technical and commercial positions in Shell, including major project execution; LNG and Gas to Liquids business development; and oil and gas producing operations. As VP, LNG Americas, Anders is accountable for safely growing Shell’s LNG business in the Americas, from opportunity identification through operation. Prior to this position Anders was General Manager, accountable for the safe, reliable and cost effective operations of Shell’s thermal and cold production heavy oil assets in The Americas.

Anders holds a Ph.D. in Naval Architecture and Offshore Engineering, and an MBA.
